How We Do It - Initial Contact/Proposal

Here's how it usually goes:

  1. You get in touch with us, via phone, email, messenger pigeon, you stumble in off the street, whatever...

  2. We have you fill out a Project Worksheet online that helps us get a basic idea of who you are and what you're looking for (you can also download and fill it out at your convenience).

  3. We get on the phone, or email...or actually meet up in person, and you begin interacting with the guys who will actually be doing the work on your project. No sales people, no project managers, no account managers, etc. During this time, we ask you to tell us more about your business; what you do, how you do it, and what your goals are, both short and long-term. We then help you identify and understand tangible goals for the web and how we can help execute them.

  4. We develop a comprehensive proposal, detailing all aspects of the project, including not only what is expected of us, but what is expected of you. The project simply can't succeed without your attention and passion for your business. We do this also to manage expectations; so you know exactly what you're getting for your money, and so you know that if the project grows beyond the original scope, additional elements may need to be quoted separately.

  5. You review the proposal. Once any necessary revisions have been made and you decide you'd like to work with us, you sign where indicated and provide us with a deposit (amount and terms may vary, based upon the project and your individual situation).

  6. We create great things together.
