This is my wife Cyndi's web site; she inspires me every day to be the best version of “me” possible. She has overcome a tremendous amount of adversity in her life and come out on the other side a strong, confident woman that we could all learn a thing or two from.

The logo for My Zen Art began as a sketch on the back of a Starbucks napkin while we were on the way to New Jersey, and the ideas for the web site soon followed. The site is meant to serve a few purposes; to showcase & sell her extra large yoga mat bags, inspirational desktop artwork, yoga and zen-inspired wall hangings and custom tapestries, but also to put herself and her story out there in hopes that she may reach and help others who have or are struggling with depression.
